We’re growing our team 🍋

As Cello continues to grow, we’re looking for our next Front of House stars. Whether you’re an experienced barista, love delivering exceptional table service, or can do both, we’d love to hear from you.

This role could suit one person with both barista and wait staff experience, or two people looking to specialise in either coffee or front of house.

✨ Casual or part-time
✨ 10–32 hours per week (depending on experience and availability)
- Shared weekend availability required
- Barista experience preferred, but not essential - training provided for the right person
- Hepburn Springs

Alongside our full menu, daily specials, ready-made meals and catering, you’ll find our shelves filled with house-made jams, preserves, relishes and pantry favourites. Every batch is cooked, poured and labelled by hand by our team, with the same care that goes into every plate we serve.

Many of our preserves feature throughout our menu, so you can taste them with breakfast or lunch before taking a jar home. Whether it’s a little reminder of your visit to Hepburn Springs or a thoughtful gift for someone else, we hope each jar brings a little piece of Cello to your table 🍋

Watching our Cello sign finally go up felt like a pretty special moment. Han spent most of it clinging to the facade like a gecko.

While it feels like the finishing touch…we’re only just getting started.

There’s still so much planned for this beautiful heritage building, and it’s been such a joy watching Cello grow into its own. Thanks for coming along for the ride 🍋
