Things to Consider When Planning a Party at the Park 🌳🎉

Planning a park party? Here are a couple of important things to keep in mind:

✅ Please arrive when we do.
Our team needs enough time to unload and set up your equipment before your party begins. If you’re late meeting us, your party start time may also be delayed.

🚫 Jumping castles are not available at parks.
Unfortunately, we cannot set up jumping castles on council land. Our insurance does not allow it due to access limitations and the inability to securely peg the castle into the ground.

🎈 Soft play is a great alternative!
Our soft play packages are perfect for park parties and provide a safe, fun play area for little ones without the need for pe***ng.

🌞 What Does “All Day Hire” Mean? 🎉

Our all day hire allows you to enjoy the equipment for the majority of the day. Our typical setup time is between 8:00 am and 9:00 am, with pack up usually between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

Please note that these times may vary depending on the season and weather conditions.

❄️ During winter, we generally begin pack up from 4:00 pm as it gets dark much earlier. Packing away in low light isn’t safe for our team, and cooler weather can cause the equipment to become damp, wet, and slippery.

🚚 Please keep in mind that on busy weekends we often have multiple parties booked. This means we can’t always collect everyone’s equipment at exactly 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm.

We schedule our setups and pack ups based on each party’s start and finish times, aiming to ensure every customer has the equipment for the duration of their event. Some collections may be a little earlier or later depending on the day’s schedule, traffic, and weather.

We always do our best to maximise your hire time while ensuring the safety of both our staff and your little ones.
