Where You Would Fit In
You would deliver exceptional customer support that enhances customer satisfaction,
strengthen customer relationships, and empower our team members to
perform at their best, while contributing to the profitability and growth of the
business through efficient work processes. All while having fun.
As Our Machine operator & Shop Assistant, You’ll Be Instrumental In
Contributing to a variety of operational, sales and customer service functions to ensure our business runs seamlessly. Your role COULD include-
● Assist with Industrial Embroidery and clothing alterations to the highest of standards
● Assist in managing customer sales, inquiries, and service requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
● Support and coordinate stock management processes to ensure orders are correct and on time.
● Conduct sewing and projects classes to small groups, passing on your knowledge.
● ensure the store is kept neat, tidy and presentable at all time to ensure customers feel welcome
