The Role:
You’ll play a key role in our day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality workmanship while helping improve efficiencies and support the growth of the team. Your role will include:
🔧 Carrying out heavy vehicle mechanical repairs and maintenance
🔧 Taking pride in the presentation and condition of the workshop and vehicles
🔧 Identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working
🔧 Supporting and mentoring apprentices and fellow team members
🔧 Bringing a positive attitude, leadership and energy to the workplace
