When I mention I’ve joined my local Zonta Club, I’m often asked “what’s that?” Founded in New York in 1919, Zonta is an international service organisation that believes in making the world a better place by empowering women and girls, via supportive communities of like-minded professionals. 💜 Please join us at the Zonta Club of Hobart’s annual cocktail party on Thursday 17 September to raise funds for the Kennerley Children's Homes inc. ‘Moving On’ program, which supports girls transitioning from foster care to engage in education and reach their potential. This past June was our biggest and busiest June ever in more than 10.5 years.
It was also our third month in a row supporting more than 300 vulnerable and at-risk Tasmanian children.

While we don't ever want numbers like this to become normal, we are however incredibly proud and grateful for the support that made it possible for children all across our beautiful island state to receive the essentials they needed.

Yawl!!! We are super excited to announce another yacht rock fundraiser...at a yacht club!

This year we are supporting Tassie Mums with a huge night of smooth 70s and 80 tunes at Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania in Sandy Bay. It's a night to dress up and dance your boat shoes off.

This event SOLD OUT last year and left many disappointed.
