NFL Pop-Up Store | Melbourne

A great project to be involved in from an AV & production perspective.

Our team were brought on board to deliver the lighting, full surround sound system and LED screens for the new NFL Pop-Up Store in Melbourne.

From integration through to installation and commissioning, we spent time on site in Melbourne working alongside the wider project team to deliver an immersive, high-impact environment that brings the NFL experience to life in Melbourne.

It was fantastic to be part of a project of this scale and to see the final result come together.

After attending numerous festivals and events, it's common to experience overwhelmed WiFi networks, making it difficult to connect with others on-site or beyond. Recognising this issue, the RAAF approached us for a solution that would guarantee reliable WiFi access for their vendors, exhibitors, and to provide a viable connectivity option should the local cell towers become congested.

Element ICT, known for its technological expertise, devised a tried and tested scalable, adaptable, and dependable solution. Our network experienced rare dropouts, allowing customers to establish connections effortlessly. Vendors were able to focus on their work while we provided a seamless platform for connecting terminals and efficiently processing transactions throughout the event. Furthermore, it was a GREAT day for the team.

Vivid Sydney 2026 has now drawn to a close, and it was epic to be part of such an amazing event. Sydney is such a beautiful city, and the artwork from Vivid just enhances that. We were so excited to be a part of this. Check out our post which discusses how it came together.

Yesterday, we were honoured to be asked to provide our outdoor P3.9 LED screen for a most beautiful memorial held for Dr. Jane Goodall DBE. We worked with a number of suppliers coordinated by Brian from StageLight and Matt from Simms Events. After working to ensure the truss structure (supporting the LED) could 'straddle' the pond in the bird show arena, the LED did its job and ran like a dream. It was one of the most amazing places we have ever worked at, a fabulous zoo and a stunning view for a great moment.

It's been great to be back on the Coast at polytec Stadium in October supporting both the Central Coast Mariners fan day and the first home A-League Men's match of the season.

We're looking forward to returning on Sunday for what's sure to be a great day of soccer with the first A-League double-header home game of the season where we return to show call duties for Central Coast Mariners alongside now taking on floor management and stadium audio operations.

Looking forward to a fabulous season of soccer ahead!

Rabbitohs Red and Green Ball, presented by Element Live Productions

We recently had the great honour of being the Presenting Partner for the South Sydney Rabbitohs night of nights celebrating the team and the accomplishments of the 2025 Season. Hosted at Royal Randwick, our team converted the 100m long WINX Stand into a magical night of celebration with over 500 attendees.

We provided a custom 9m x 3m LED with dual iMag, staging, camera ops, full audio, lighting and custom outdoor activations / production.

Truly a night to remember!

GrandMA3 Light & Luminodes

With our expanding lighting inventory demanding ever more control pararmeters, we recently decided to grow our existing control inventory - consisting of GrandMA3 Command Wing on PC XT - and add a GrandMA 3 Light. With 16,384 control parameters and a perfect balance of size, usability and performance this console has already been rolled-out to multiple large scale events, and is certainly earning its keep!

Great consoles also need great connectivity, and given that we need flexibility for other lighting control options we've also added 2 Luminex Luminode 4 nodes into our inventory.

YourShot 2025 Tour - Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane

It has been an incredible tour for us teaming up with the awesome Team for the second year, this time delivering full production services in 3 states.

Across 4 separate weekends, we designed and delivered lighting, sound and SFX for a total of nearly 20 venue and custom stages. This year, we have also been able to debut the versatile and eye catching Alligators alongside our ever reliable DiamondBacks which were able offer an even more impactful suite of strobe, beam and wash effects. We also had the opportunity to also role out our new Adamson CS Series PA for the first time in QLD.

Travelling over 4500km, working in iconic venues across 3 states and supporting production for several hundred aspiring DJs, we're excited to share this selection of incredible moments.
