Easiest lunch? Leftover roast veg (carrots, pumpkin and onion) cooked in back yard bbq spice blend and roasted garlic smash oil… blend with a stick blender and add water to loosen… stockmans whip salt to taste and make it boujee with a drizzle of cream. Serve with toast to dip!! Yummmm!!
