Coriander seeds are so wonderful.
If you leave your coriander to go to flower soon enough you see the little green seeds appear.

Let those fully form on the plant waiting for it to dry out and the plant to die back.
Then it's time to harvest the seeds
In between start more seeds off to propagate at the base of the plants you have so you'll be rewarded with fresh coriander in a few weeks.


The cheapest way to buy coriander seeds is from a bulk spice shelf like the ones you find at a farmers market, Indian foodstore or commercial food wholesaler.
Buy bulk and save money.
