From small beginnings in 2006 Fusspots At Inglewood has slowly expanded and can now be found in the old Nixon Bros. Store at 39 Brooke Street, Inglewood Victoria. And what a great space it is! We love coming to work! We are licensed second hand dealers and we love what we sell. Whether it is an antique piece of furniture, a vintage apron or a retro lp you’re after, give us a call. We may have just what you want. We Buy and Sell. What do we sell? Selected antiques, vintage homewares and kitchenalia, collectables and curios, old wares, pottery, china, records, books and more tins than you can poke a stick at! We love beautiful things and embrace the philosophy of reduce, re-use, recycle. For us time worn is definitely more pleasing than brand spanking new.

You might have seen or met our shop dog over the years. She is usually resting in her basket behind the counter but on occasions does have a bit to say!Her 8th ‘Gotcha Day’ anniversary is coming up. Don’t let her bossy little face put you off 😆 For a small dog she has attitude and personality in spades!
Anyway, she’d like to tell those of you who don’t already know that we have an online store which has a growing inventory of books. Packing and postage Australia wide is included in the price. So if the hike in fuel prices has restricted your travel you can still shop with us.

Social media engagement is an enigma!
Sometimes posts fall flat and sometimes surprisingly they fly. I have no idea why? But the analytics seem to suggest that people either like to see really clean shiny windows or Mr F in his overalls hard at work. True! Maybe we need to forget about the vintage store and embrace a window cleaning service? Now there’s a thought 💭 I’ve haven’t told Mr F about the new plan yet 😆

Great to see that Inglewood and Bridgewater had a mention in yesterday’s supplement ‘Short Breaks Guide 2026’ in The Age newspaper. We love to see visitors! So many people have not yet visited our region. No excuses 😉 Put a Loddon Valley visit on your ‘to do’ list. Now that the weather is perfect it’s even a better reason to make the trip.

I’m thankful there is room on the couch for me, that I have a sister to tumble around with, a squeaky toy to play with, that my tummy is full and that I am loved ❤️ Adopt don’t shop.
