Monday morning and I’m back at the airport — off to Perth for the week.

For those who don’t know, I’m still working a second job while we continue building our small business into something bigger and better.

What started as an idea from our daughter — opening a small mobile candy shop — has turned into an incredible journey.

1.5 to 2 years on, and we’ve come so far. We’ve grown more than we ever imagined, and that’s thanks to the support of so many: event organisers, our amazing community, and of course, my beautiful family — especially my incredibly supportive wife.

Thank you all for being part of this ride. The best is yet to come!
