We see so many cool ashtray’s from the days it was so cool to smoke. Some of these are so cool and end up in landfill or stuck in the back shed somewhere because they have no use.
Just letting you know that they make great plant stands and are way cheaper and cooler than the ones you buy new.

Here’s a recent we’re pretty chuffed with, as well as an insight to our retro bar.
We recently got our hands on this amazing lamp which we imagined would’ve had some sort of metal legs originally but we got this sturdy stool from the same pick and in a 💡 lightbulb moment 💡realised we could make this work out for us, there was no where more suited than right next to the matching retro copper front bar, Hope you enjoy, and you’re always welcome at retrolyf! Today we had the absolute pleasure of meeting some incredible people and helping them in downsizing their elderly mothers large collection. We’ve got hundreds of records to go through, which means some exciting musical content coming your way!
Perhaps my favourite part of collecting is not only finding items that have been cared for meticulously but also getting to meet the people and hear the stories behind them.
Today we’ve potentially made some friends for life (at least we hope) and now we’ve got hours of beautiful music to enjoy that will always bring them to the front of our mind! 🎵🎶🎚🌺📻🎉🎊❤️
