Sometimes burnout makes you remember why you started. 💚
Last week I had a bit of a moment.
I was overwhelmed, stretched too thin, and had that “something has to change” feeling.
So I started listening to a few podcasts about work-life balance, getting things back in order, and most importantly, getting back to the parts of my job that I actually LOVE.
Something not everyone knows about me is that I come from a hospitality background. I've worked in restaurants, coordinated weddings and spent a huge part of my working life serving people.
And I realised something.
I love good service.
I love creating an experience. I love someone walking away remembering how they were treated just as much as what they bought.
So rather than doing less for our customers, I started thinking about little ways we could serve you better, without making everything more complicated.
And that's where this little idea came from. 🌸🚗
Honey Button House now offers CAR PARK PICK-UP
Ordered flowers but have sleeping kids in the car?
Got three kids strapped in and absolutely refuse to undo that masterpiece? 😂
Mobility isn't great?
It's pouring rain?
Or you simply don't feel like getting out of the car?
Don't.
Order and pay online or over the phone, pull up outside Honey Button House and let us know you're here. We'll bring your flowers straight out to your car. 💐
No unloading kids. No struggling in and out. No unnecessary hassle.
Just one more little service we can offer our community to make life that tiny bit easier.
As for me, I'm doing much better. I'm getting my ducks in a row 🦆, making some changes behind the scenes and remembering that Honey Button House doesn't just sell flowers.
We're here to look after people. 💚
