The club, originally called the ‘Jackaroo/Rodeo 4WD Club Inc.’, was incorporated on the 14th February 1995. The club was then revamped, its name was changed to ‘Just Cruz’n 4×4 Club Inc.’, and it was certified as an incorporated organisation by the Queensland Government on the 23rd April 2002. In 2001-2002 the clubs’ members met in the back of a shop within the Jimboomba Shopping Centre. Then in 2
003 the club members voted to move the club’s meeting place to the ‘Little Brown Church’ Johanna Street, Jimboomba. This is where the members met until 2011 when ‘Dorrington House’, next to the ‘Little Brown Church’, was completed and available for use. The club’s members decided upon alternate meeting dates each month to give working people the opportunity to attend when they were able. The times the members decided upon are alternate first Monday nights (7.30 pm) and first Sunday mornings (9:00 am) of the month. The Monday night meetings are held in March, May, July, September and November while the Sunday morning meetings are held in February, April, June and October. The August meeting is held on the first Sunday at the AGM weekend away and the December meeting is held the last Saturday of November at the club’s Christmas weekend event.
