As I've been promising for a long time I will endeavour to do more 1/24 body kits that give model builders something a little more than just a body and windows. Some 3d models I get have very high quality bodies but kinda lack in any other details inside of it which makes them alot more challenging to make anything decent and I have to think outside the box a little more on the 3d modelling side. Over the last month or so a very nice fellow aka George Nathan offered us quite a few 3d models of Valiants to play with as he seen our work on another page and recognised one of his models. Thanks to him he has supplied me with models that have fantastic interiors/chassis and engine bays. While it requires alot of work to turn one from a 3d model into a model like print, I've been slowly plugging away at this one, as the first couple I've done still left me thinking I could do better. This VH Valiant Hardtop I'm am super happy with as I learnt so much in the first 2 with trial and error, this time I was able to see and fix things with the 3d model before printing, enabling me to get alot of it right first go, for example just even having the interior and chassis fit in straight from the printer with no mods or sanding was huge for me. This kit offers way more than the previous 2 with things like a diff/rear end, torsion bar front end chassis, leaf rear, full drive shaft, gearbox, 20+ piece V8 engine, separate door cards, front and rear lights, bumpers, grille, boot and bonnet. Engine bay with steering rack, master cylinder, horn and wiper motor already fitted, more pieces not in photos like roof liner, window kit, side mirrors, battery and radiator. Also comes with 4 wheels. This kit is designed in mind for guys with modelling skills and would make a mint shelf queen. These are available at anytime as a complete unpainted kit for $80 plus post.
