Sometimes it’s the little milestones that mean the most.

Ever since we built our packing plant, I’ve had a vision of adding a purpose-built Extracting room. It’s been one of those goals that’s sat in the back of my mind for years, and it’s finally become a reality.

The coolroom is finished, the strip doors are on and seeing the Collins Honey logo proudly on the front is a pretty special feeling. It’s another step forward for our little family business and another investment in producing the best honey we can.

As winter starts to come to an end, we’re gearing up for what is always our busiest time of the year Spring !
Just around the corner and we can’t wait.

A massive thank you to all of the local tradies who helped make this happen. Supporting local businesses has always been important to us and the quality of workmanship has been incredible. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.
