Fudge, Brittle & nuts. Amazing chocolate range The Blanch family have been making fudge in Kangaroo Valley, NSW, since 1986.

Diane Blanch is a qaulified Home Economist and Dougall has had extensive retail and marketing experience in the food industry. We cook our fudge the traditional way using a sugar thermometer to the soft ball stage. We use only the finest of ingredients such as Dutch cocoa, Belgian chocolate, liqueurs and quality nuts to produce our famous creamy smooth texture. Our fudge is gluten and preservative

free. Fudge Addiction is available from local markets and fairs or from our famous self-serve fridge at 1209 Kangaroo Valley Road between Berry and Kangaroo Valley or via our online shop.
