We have had a fantastic couple of weekends out at the farm selling Christmas trees! 🎄

Thank you so much to everyone who supported our new little business and purchased one of our trees! We couldn’t be more grateful 🙏

It was so nice to meet so many lovely, happy, smiling people. To hear your Christmas stories and traditions and just have a bit of a chat! 😊

🎄 How to Care for Your Real Christmas Tree 🎄

Keep your tree fresh, green and full of festive life all season long by following these simple steps.

🎄 GIVE IT A FRESH CUT
Before placing your tree in water, trim about 2-3cm off the base of the trunk.
This opens up the pores and helps the tree absorb water more effectively.

🎄 PLACE YOUR TREE IN WATER
As soon as you get home, place your tree in water - don’t leave it sitting dry.
Use a sturdy stand that holds at least 2-3 litres of water, and keep the base submerged at all times.

🎄 KEEP IT HYDRATED
Check the water level daily - trees are thirsty!
A fresh tree can drink up to a litre of water per day, especially in the first few days.
If the base dries out even once, a sap seal can form, preventing it from taking up water again.

🎄 CHOOSE THE RIGHT SPOT
Place your tree away from direct sunlight, heaters, fireplaces, or air conditioners.
Heat will dry the needles quickly. A cool, shaded spot keeps it fresher for longer.

🎄 AVOID ADDITIVES
Plain water is best! Home remedy additives like sugar, aspirin or soft drinks don’t make a difference - just keep the water level topped up.

🎄 DISPOSAL AFTER CHRISTMAS
Once the season’s over, you can take your tree to your local green waste or compost facility.

🎄 Your Christmas tree is nearly here!! 🎄 Please read below for important information regarding your order…

At Karangi Christmas Trees, we want you to be happy with your tree and enjoy a magical Christmas with your family! 💫❤️

Because our products are living trees, each one is unique and may vary slightly in shape, size, and colour. While we do our best to show accurate images and descriptions, your tree may differ slightly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns for change of mind once a tree has been purchased and taken home.

If you believe your tree is not healthy or has been supplied in poor condition, please contact us via email within 24 hours of collection, with clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

Returns or refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances. If your tree is indeed found to be faulty on review by us, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the faulty tree must be returned to our farm within 24 hours. The tree must be in the same condition you received it and in the same pot for potted trees.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for refunds to appear in your account.

COLLECTION OF TREES
Customers are responsible for collecting their tree on the agreed date and within operating hours.

For practicality, we supply trees wrapped in netting, and the next available tree in your chosen type and size will be provided.

Orders not collected within the designated time frame will be forfeited without refund. Trees are not held beyond the agreed pick-up window.

Once a tree has been collected, care is the customer’s responsibility.

CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
We provide care instructions for both potted and cut trees. Once in your possession, the health and longevity of your tree depends on proper care (watering, placement, etc.).

We are not responsible for issues that arise from neglect or failure to follow care guidelines.

We’re extending our opening days again this week.

We will be open on the following days/times for pre-ordered pickups and walk in sales.

🎄Thursday 11th December - 1pm - 6pm
🎄Friday 12th December - 10am - 6pm
🎄Saturday 13th December - 9am - 4pm
🎄Sunday 14th December - 9am-4pm

If you’ve already selected a weekend pickup date, you’re more than welcome to pop in early and collect your tree - whatever suits your schedule best!

Please note: we will have very limited trees available for walk in sales so if you’d like to secure a tree, jump online and order or come early!
