Finishing strong at for the 2026 by UTMB finish line. 🏃♀️🏔️

We were responsible for delivering a fully equipped marquee and hospitality setup for the food and beverage (bar) precinct - transforming the space into a high-functioning service hub for athletes, crew, and spectators.

This install included a 10m x 18m freestanding marquee with clear walls and gables, dedicated service awning, installed flooring, lighting, heating, fencing, and a complete hospitality fit-out with wine barrel tables, seating, refrigeration, and extensive catering equipment including warming ovens, pie ovens, soup kettles, and slow cookers.

A complex, fast-paced build designed to keep service flowing smoothly at one of the most important points of the event - the finish line.

This year, the Blueys Event Hire team delivered large-scale infrastructure across multiple checkpoints and activation sites throughout the region, including:
📍 Six Foot Track (Megalong Valley Road)
📍 Queen Victoria Hospital (Tableland Road)
📍 Scenic World
📍 Katoomba Sports & Aquatic Centre
📍 KCC - Katoomba Christian Convention

Across these sites, we supplied and installed a wide range of event infrastructure to support athletes, crew, and spectators, including:

Back out at Parklands Country Gardens & Lodges recently for another beautiful wedding setup. 🤍

This installation featured a considered mix of ceremony and reception hire pieces - including white gladiator chairs, soft natural draping, cocktail tables, lounge seating, signage, lawn games, and guest comfort items to support a relaxed and well-paced celebration.

Each element was selected to complement the venue’s landscape and create a cohesive flow from ceremony through to reception, while keeping guests comfortable throughout the day.

We love working alongside couples, vendors and venues to create thoughtful event spaces that feel relaxed, welcoming, and beautifully suited to the stunning Blue Mountains surroundings. ✨
