Effortless entertaining starts here ✨

Nunna Marys Kitchen's chicken and leek pasta is the one-pot wonder you need in your life. Perfect for family dinners or hosting friends – because great food should never be complicated 😌

SAVE RECIPE 👇🏼

• 350g Pasta of choice
• 2 Tbsp Butter
• 500g Chicken Thigh, diced
• Salt & Pepper
• 2 Leeks, thinly sliced
• 3 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
• 250ml Chicken Stock
• 300ml Thickener Cream
• 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
• 1 Tsp Fresh or Dried Thyme
• Lemon Juice and Parsley to serve

METHOD 🧑🏻‍🍳

Cook pasta until al dente and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a pan on medium-high heat with some oil and cook chicken until golden and cooked through then remove and set aside

Add the butter, leeks, and cook in the same pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until softened.

Stir in the garlic, cook for an additional 30 seconds before adding the dijon and stock, scraping the bottom of the pan to release any brown bits = more flavour.

Pour in the cream, add thyme and let simmer for 3-4 minutes before stirring through the parmesan.

Return the chicken and cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.

Finish off with lemon juice, freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
