And yes even normal looking smiling happy go lucky people have a dark side probably the darkest but without being in the abyss I wouldn't of recognized heaven/paradise when I returned to land from the sea....
That's why I do what I do!!!

If you have three faces of authentic self that are composed of your id, ego and superego suggested by frued than, as I equate these to face the id being the face we show the world the ego being the face we hide from the world and the superego the face we hide from ourselves... Then the question becomes what are these three faces made of or what do they look like to you with no filters???

The id me is the therapist/mum that's bubbly fun and energetic...
the ego me is the ocd perfectionist that doesn't like going out if somethings not in place in the house...
The superego me is the depressed don't want to get out of bed because I've made to many tangles to untangle today... The suicidal idealiser who would rather be dust then energy burning up...

This is my understanding of the id, ego and superego...

Not a fan of playing catch up with my courses but only have myself to be disappointed in for slacking off and not putting time and effort into and asking for further help...
Now plan is stay on top of what I gotta do even though im on holidays I still have class and assignments to complete... Juggling act just gets more n more interesting...
