Rules and Planning Ahead!

— To enter the main hall : you must have a valid ticket, and present your ID.

Anyone under-16 needs an adult guardian, or will not be allowed entry.

Tickets can be purchased on the day for a slightly higher rate.
Once you have a wrist-band you can always re-enter easily.

— Be aware of the Forecast for the Day also!
Though there is a lot of indoor space, the event is held in a large pavilion, so be prepared for varying temperatures and weather conditions on the day.

- At Present : the forecast is projected as a top of 15°C, party cloudy

— We also Highly encourage bringing your own and wearing a Mask whilst in the Traders Space.
(There is a rather nasty strain of Flu going around, and we'd love to keep yourself and the Traders alike safest!)

— DO NO STICKER THE VENUE or Surrounding area please!!
(This is our first time Running at the Melbourne Show-Grounds, and we'd like to make a good impression!)

There will be a Sticker Wall at the Event to sign your mark that you were there!

The PUBLIC TRANSPORT ENTRY (Gate 1) will only be open from 9am : best not to come earlier (as we only open at 10!)

This year with the extra space, light & mobile costumes are allowed in the trade hall!

— We do still ask that larger bulky costumes, or anything that obscures vision or identity, to be removed before entering the trading-space.
