Annnnddd it’s finally gone full circle now, our reasonable robust immune systems have finally let Chris and I down 🤧 No Salamanca for us today after all 😢 We’ll be away for a family trip next weekend (all being well! 🤞), so we’ll be back in action first week of August! 👌Stay well everyone!

One of the best things about being Salamanca Market is when people come in and ask if you’re the actual person behind the craft, and then you get the absolute honour of either repairing, replacing or reimagining something sentimental to them ✨ This beautiful opal pendant was half hanging out of a macrame lanyard when the owner bought it in. She hadn’t been separated from it before as it held deep meaning to her but I felt very lucky to be entrusted to create a new housing for this gorgeous piece 🩵🤎 Find us at our Site 103 tomorrow with a full new collection of our wire wrapped Diamonds of the Sea 🌊 💎💙 Hope to see you there!

Very late with this post as there’s been a huge amount going on behind the scenes! However, we are SO thrilled to welcome to the Hilltop Handmade family ✈️🌿💃 The whole space was completely revamped and renovated late last year and looks like it had just popped straight out of a catalog 🤩 There is a very string focus on genuine handmade Tasmanian products 💚 Make sure you check them all out next time you’re heading away 👍

Part two! Now the fun begins with my wire wrapping around these beautiful, semi-matched Sea Diamonds 🌊🩵 Being a perfectionist with slight OCD tendencies, I would normally find these mis-matched pieces quite frustrating, however, I’ve come to absolutely fall in love the true authenticity of each piece and try to show off their natural beauty as well as I can 🤍 Hope you enjoy them!
