Today, we would like to acknowledge and thank Charlane for her outstanding 9 years of dedicated service to our Co-op, including her leadership as Supermarket Manager since 2019.

Over the years, she has made a significant contribution to the success of our supermarket through her commitment, hard work and genuine support of both our customers and our team.

We sincerely thank her for everything she has done and for the many contributions she has made to our Co-op and community.

Today will be her last day with us, so please take a moment to wish her well and thank her for her years of service.

We wish her all the very best for the future and whatever comes next!

Our team is working behind the scenes to get everything back up and running, and we’re expecting to be back to full service by Friday, 14th August.

A shiny new electric scooter has joined the Killarney mail run! We like to call him BeepBeep. 😃

He'll only be out on selected days, so you'll never know when Carly might be silently cruising your street.

One day you'll hear the familiar rumble... the next, your mail will have magically appeared without a sound. Ninja-style. 🥷

Keep an eye on your letterbox... if BeepBeep's on duty, the only clue that Carly has been there might be your mail!

We’re often asked how to go about joining our junior team.

We keep a register of applications from young people who are keen to start their working journey. When a junior position becomes available we first look through the applications we already have on file. Positions do come up from time to time, so it is best to have your name down if you think this could be for you.

If you're interested in becoming part of the Killarney Co-op team, simply collect a Junior Employment Application Form from our Office or the Post Office and return it to us. If you are looking for more - perhaps a school based traineeship or apprenticeship - please reach out to us.

Working at the Co-op is a great way to gain valuable skills, build confidence, make new friends and become part of a team that's proud to serve our community.
