What do you all think of my newest display? I really like that the milk-jug and tea-cup are Beatrix Potter themed! Mrs.Tiggy-Winkle is a classic character from Potter's Peter Rabbit series.
If you look closely you can just see the female fairy wren tucked into a nest in the cup! The corner book-nook is slowly coming together 😄

I encourage everyone not to judge a book by its cover or by its title.
Nowdays, especially with the rise of AI created fiction, it can be difficult to find an original story but many old books have interesting and creative tales within their covers. They can sometimes get overlooked because the titles and covers aren't overtly attractive but I say don't pass them by - give them a go and discover wonderful characters, challenging themes and beautiful language that inspires the imagination.
