STORE MANAGER

About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing stock and suppliers, supervising staff and ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the business.

Key responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
* Supervise, train and support retail staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
* Monitor sales performance, revenue and operating costs.
* Manage inventory, stock levels, stock rotation and replenishment.
* Coordinate ordering and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
* Receive, check and appropriately store incoming stock.
* Monitor product pricing, promotions and merchandising.
* Ensure products are displayed attractively and in accordance with business requirements.
* Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
About you
* Relevant qualifications in Retail Management, Business, Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
* At least 1 year of relevant retail management experience.
* Current RSA and required licensing.
* Demonstrated experience managing a retail store and supervising employees.
* Strong knowledge of stock control, purchasing and inventory management.
* Experience with staff rostering and performance management.
* Good understanding of retail sales, merchandising and customer service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
* Good computer and point-of-sale system skills.

If you like big intense wh**ky with layers of peat and smoke this bad boy is for you!

Octomore, from Islay's Bruichladdich Distillery, is regularly recognised as the most heavily peated Scotch Wh**ky on the market. However, the team works with such a deft hand Octomore is a lot more than a peaty punch in the taste buds. Its spirit shines through the peat and is rich and complex with a surprisingly delicate lingering smokey finish.

Can't beat local quality.

Here at Cellarbrations Kingston we go out of our way to support local producers as much as we can. We love when local producers make it super easy by making w**e this good.

Decades W**e is located in the Coal Valley and in the last few months has been picking awards and honours right and left, including James Halliday's Best New W**ery, and W**e Maker of the year, and their 2025 Pinot Noir just cleaned up at Australian Pinot Noir Challenge winning Best Tassie Pinot and best overall Australian Pinot Noir ..... absolutely amazing stuff.
