Hey Gamers,
We wish to inform you that this week will be the last week of trading for Good Games Battleaxe in Kingston before it merges with Good Games Hobart to bring both of these great communities together.

We will be open our usual days and next Monday (23rd of September) will be our final trading day.

All current organised play and scheduled events will be moved to Good Games Hobart with the same days and times.

We are grateful for the communities that Ashley Kendall and Emma Kendall founded when they created Battleaxe Games all those years ago and we want to thank you all for the memories and experiences we have shared during our time of operation and we're excited to see you all at Good Games Hobart to continue building and sharing those experiences for many more years to come.

We have big plans for this new merger and are excited to begin building these new experiences with you.

A huge 16 Players for our 40k event today (may need to make the next one a double day event ;-) )

Hey Gamers,
We currently have 8 sign ups for our 40k event this weekend. If you're keen to play drop us a line and get your interest in so we know how many tables we need to prepare.

Additionally, as Battlescribe doesn't have the new Space Marine Codex available yet and as some of our players are using their escalation league lists we are happy to allow both the old and new versions of the codex for this event. Just be extra vigilant with your points costs and ensuring your list is correct if you don't have a Battlescribe version.

Good morning fellow gamers just a heads up Good games Battleaxe will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday 20th) but Yugioh will be held at Good games Hobart and Battleaxe is now open for all your gaming needs.

Today we have Models Monday on so head in for some games of your favourite tabletop system.

Hey Duelists,
Our World Celebration Event will be held at Good Games Hobart (44 Brisbane Street, Hobart) with a 4:30pm registration for a 5:00pm start this evening.

We will also be closing Battleaxe at 5:30pm today as the event has moved to town.

We had a great turn out for Pokemon today, with 13 players for the league challenge and 6 for the casual league.

We also had a few Pokemon trainers going on a raid.

We had a great turnout for our Pokemon Unified Minds prerelease today. With a total of 18 players ranging from new players to veterans.

A big thanks to the pokemon judges who ran the event today and made sure it was a great day for everyone involved.
