Over the last couple of years I have maintained my prices to reflect that not everything needs to change during these testing times.

But with the continuing hike in my costs, and in order to maintain my product quality, I need to increase some prices.
🌿
My dilemma was how to do this with the least amount of impact for you, my loyal customer? Would you prefer a smaller sized product for the same price, or the same sized product with a price increase?

I canvassed a few people, and my valued business mates had some sage advice:...........
"I hate buying half-filled bags of chips. Don't be a bag of chips!"

Well, how could I dispute that logic?

Totally Scentual prides itself on creating quality products, and I dedicate time to sourcing raw materials suited to maintaining my high standards whilst also trying to avoid paying the recently inflated, exhorbitant prices.

Freight has been a major factor in this shift. With restrictions on moving items, it seems the price to do so also increases exponentially.

So moving forward, October will see an increase in my Soap prices.
