……but let’s not forget winter still has a month left for her time to shine so, we’ve loaded up this week with a beautiful selection of fruit and deciduous trees to round up the winter season.

Morning everyone. We’re reaching out to look for some feedback.
It’s been brought to our attention that we have been treating our customers very badly, which we don’t believe to be true but is still concerning.

We’ve been told(by someone who has never been in the store) that a lot of people are very upset with the new owners because we treat our customers badly.

If you’ve had a bad experience in the store, we would love to know what we can do to improve, because we are new to this and still learning.

If you’ve had a good experience, we would also like to know!

Apologies for the random closures, we have been short staffed and for certain days we have had nobody to be in the store while Scott picks up stock or does a gardening job. This should only be a temporary issue.

Also, if you need to make a purchase and the sales desk is unattended, we are probably down the back watering or potting up stock. If you’re in a hurry just have a look for us down the back or call out, otherwise a little patience goes a long way.
