Our new counter! Cast brass tiles completely surround the cube and floating above the carpet. It's a little bit glamorous and a little bit rough. Feel free to come and and admire her, she's not shy!

Sooo.... we may have underestimated time needed for our not so little reno and rejig. Silly us! We won't be reopening until we are all done. Saturday the 18th of July is the new plan! Excited to see everyone then to show off the new spaces.

We are beyond excited to share an exciting new chapter for Kabinett.

As part of our continued evolution, we will be opening our doors to a series of book launches, conversations and special events that celebrate creativity, design, food and culture. We couldn’t imagine a more fitting beginning.

We are delighted that Jason M. Jones has chosen Kabinett to host the regional launch of his book, Entrecôte Depuis 2015, on Sunday 26 July.

Already enjoying tremendous success, Entrecôte Depuis 2015 chronicles the story behind one of Melbourne’s most beloved dining institutions. Jason will be joined by acclaimed food writer Richard Cornish for an afternoon of conversation exploring food, restaurants, hospitality and the stories that connect them.

Settle into our newly completed upstairs showroom, surrounded by thoughtfully curated vintage furniture, art and design pieces. Have your book signed while enjoying a glass of Chablis and an afternoon in excellent company.

Big news and a long time coming. Kabinett will be closed this week and reopen on Saturday. We are having a substantial glow up and will turn the joint upside down! For decorating or gifting emergencies please call the store. We will be trading online 24/7 so crisis averted! Come by and see what we've done with the joint.

These stately looking figures are watching over our two latest fragrance collections Orto Parisi and BeauFort London | Deep Niche Perfume. There are many wintery, smoky, woods and spices in both collections. Perfectly suited to imaginings of open fires, manhattans, and ci**rs........ amongst other things.
