Another great night celebrating winter in Lakes Entrance! We “Light up the Lake” with our Kayaks & SUPs to check out Lakes Lights.

This year winter turned the challenge up a notch with a breeze to paddle into and some chilly temps! Worth the effort tho (and paddling hard keeps you warm right?) to see the foreshore lit up with some awesome artistic lanterns. Great to see so many people come and enjoy the event & make our little town busy during the winter! Well done everyone involved in putting on such a great event 👏

Running out of ideas to keep the kids busy for the second week of the school holidays? Get them out on the trails or water with us! Our holiday sessions are all about learning new skills, building on existing skills and most importantly having some fun!

Options of SUPs or Kayaks for the kids paddle session.
Kidz Trail Sinkhole & Lollipop ride is generally best suited to kids aged 10-17yrs.

We are going to be the Slipway in Lakes Entrance on Sunday 21st June from 5pm with bikes lit up Glo Ride style to help make East Gippsland famous on Channel 9! Want to join us? We will likely go for a little Glo Ride pedal along the Esplanade in between takes, so bring your bike fully lit 🔥 as creatively as you can 💡 and let’s get on the 📺 and show Australia “How We Winter” in East Gippsland! Think LED lights, bike lights, disco balls, fluro, make it bright! 🪩 Leave us a comment if you’re coming!

Thanks to visitvictoria for the opportunity to showcase the Gippsland Lakes to some French journalists last January, one has written about their experience for Marie Claire France as they came with us for our Island Hop Tour!

The 2.5hr tour paddles past 3 islands of the lake and stops for a view from the lookout at Nyerimilang. A great way to take in the extensive lake system we live on! We don’t have regular departures for this tour as we need to time it with the tide times, so if you’re keen to experience it and can’t see an availability listed, give us a call or send a message with a few date options you might have!
