☀️💛 WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY FOR ARTISAN ALLEY! 💛☀️

The sun came out, the stallholders rolled in with all their wonderful creations, and we got to spend another Sunday surrounded by some pretty fabulous local makers. 🥰

We suspect Grand Final Day may have left half of Tasmania requiring a recovery day 😂🏉 — but we were so grateful to everyone who shook off the weekend, ventured out and came through our doors!

Whether you came for a wander, stopped for a chat, discovered a new maker or took home something special, thank you for spending part of your Sunday with us. 💛

And a HUGE thank you to our brilliant stallholders who turn up, set up and bring Artisan Alley to life each month. You really are what makes our little market so special.

And then, of course…

Sunday Night Full Moon Self Love Ritual

Remember to do your Foundation Practice. Ground, center, clear and protect your energy.

Tonight (or any other night) run yourself a bath and add ½ cup of Himalayan Salt, a mix of Rose Geranium, Patchouli, and Lavender essential oils – 8 drops in total and some Rose Petals or fresh Lavender (or use what ever you have on hand).

If you want to think outside the box, this ritual can be performed outside in a river, creek or the ocean - omit oils of course 😉

It is a gorgeous night here in North west Tasmania. Scrub yourself down with wet sand!

Place some Rose Quartz crystals around your bath. Light a Pink Candle or several! (white candles will replace any colour)

Dry skin brush your body from your feet to the top of your head with a natural loofa to bring your skin alive and silky smooth.

Get into the bath consciously – don’t rush it. Visualise or simply imagine you are immersing yourself in a pool of liquid love. Feel it rise over your body as you lower yourself into the water. You are symbolically washing away low vibration thoughts about yourself, cleansing your energy.

As you lower your body into the water say out loud, “I am the Light of my Soul, I am Love, I am Beautiful, I am Bliss!’ Keep affirming these words while you lie in the water, focusing on the candle until it burns down.

Repeat this affirmation as you are drying your body. Take your time doing this.

Dry your body as if you are giving yourself a loving massage and then smoothe a beautiful scented moisturiser into your skin. I suggest my Aphrodite Body Cream 😉

Repeat as often as required. Cleanse your crystals. Finish by repeating your Foundation Practice.
