OPEN MIC THURSDAYS ARE BACK MOTHER FINGERS
CALLING ALL STAND UP WANNABES, QUESTIONABLE MUSICIANS, DEPRESSED POETS AND CARD SHARPS
Due to popular complaint I am reluctantly giving in and having Thursdays as a hodge podge of comedy, music and gaming.
We're open from 8 until late. Brad and Joe will be in the bar. There will be an open mic for anyone who would like to perform anything within reason with a guaranteed audience of at least two disinterested people. You're also welcome to come along and join in with Brad and Joe's semi regular game of poker. No money changes hands here of course just a decent, Christian game of Texas Hold'em with at least two dive bar enthusiasts. We'll have a couple of tables set up and all are welcome.
See you Thursdays from 8. Stage time will start from 9 and anyone wanting 5 minutes should come at 8 to get on the run sheet.
Completely experimental as we try to breathe a little life into Launceston on a Thursday.
