It is with extremely heavy hearts that we share the devastating news that our Tamar Marine premises was lost in a major fire overnight.

Tamar Marine has been a family run business since 1979, and to see decades of hard work, memories, and history impacted in this way is incredibly difficult for our family and our team.

We are profoundly grateful that no one was injured, and we extend our sincere thanks to the Tasmania Fire Service, Tasmania Police, and all emergency responders who worked tirelessly through the night under extremely challenging conditions.

At this stage, we are still coming to terms with the loss and assessing the situation. We kindly ask for patience and understanding while we work through the immediate aftermath. We will provide updates as we are able.

To our customers, suppliers, friends, and the wider community - Thank you for the overwhelming messages of support already received. Your kindness means more to us than words can express.
