We like to think that we offer different types of clothing and toys that some of you may have even played with when younger, however we also are trying to stock some other ranges at an affordable cost. commenting on a particular picture or by inboxing us directly on facebook. We will then organise a method of payment from you. We will not send out an items until payment is cleared. PAYMENT
Payment can be made via direct bank deposit, paypal and shortly credit card option via phone. DELIVERY
There is a delivery fee for orders under $150, which is at a flat rate of $8.95. I am happy for you to pick items up if you live in the Launceston area. For orders over $150, postage is free. EXCHANGE / REFUND
At Retro Kidz we realise that although our products are of a very high standard, a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. As soon as the unwanted item/s has been returned to Retro Kidz, we will despatch the new items/s to the customer. Retro Kidz will not charge postage to send new item/s to the customer however all costs such as packaging and postage for returning unwanted item/s to us will be paid by the customer. Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final. At Retro Kidz every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us promptly via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Retro Kidz will give a store credit or full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Delivery fees will not be included in refund.
