▪ Stock, warehousing and installers already in place — you’re selling something we can deliver.
▪ Real ownership of a channel we’re building from the ground up.
▪ Chasing and winning commercial work — builders, fitout contractors, insurance restorers, facilities and property managers, aged care, schools, retail and strata.
▪ Getting us onto insurance restoration panels and builder supplier lists, and keeping us there.
▪ Running the deal end to end: site visit, scope, quote with our estimator, negotiate, hand over clean to operations.
▪ Growing the accounts you win so job two and job three arrive without a tender.
▪ Telling us what the market is doing — pricing, products, projects coming up.
