A few of the gorgeous Art Deco era costumes on display at the Diva exhibition in Melbourne.

For followers, #3 is a costume worn by Gladys Moncrieff, well known Australia Singer who performed at the in 1933.

The Diva exhibition ends soon so go check it out while you still can.

Miil Miil Productions, in association with Western Riverina Arts, The Leeton and District Local Aboriginal Land Council, Birdyulang Animations, Leeton Shire Council, Create NSW and the Aboriginal Languages Trust, is calling for expressions of interest for a new short film project, Nganhayung Galingabangbur – Our Children.

The production is seeking Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander performers of all ages, with no previous acting experience required. Community members and first-time performers are strongly encouraged to apply. All Wiradyuri language used in the film will be supported through coaching during rehearsals and on set, ensuring the process is culturally safe and accessible.
