🚨 WE'RE HIRING – FULL-TIME PUMP REPAIR / SHOP ASSISTANT 🚨
Action Pumps & Irrigation is looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team in Leongatha.
This is a full-time position working in our shop assisting customers, repairing, and servicing pumps, and helping keep the shop running smoothly. No two days are the same—you'll be serving customers at the counter, helping with pump repairs, managing stock, and assisting with general day-to-day operations.
What we're looking for:
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, confident customer service skills
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A current driver's licence (manual preferred, as a manual service ute is provided)
• Previous experience with pumps, plumbing, irrigation, retail, or mechanical repairs is an advantage, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person.
