For over 40 years, our family has been making salami the proper way — and every year, more locals come to us to do the same.

This year we’ve got:

🌶️ Finished salami ready to take home or pre-order

Salami season only runs for so long, and once we’re booked out, that’s it for the year. Get in early so we can look after you properly.
