LPPS Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop is run by the school P & C and all funds raised from the sale of uniforms are returned to the school.

It is operated by volunteer parents and open on Thursday mornings from 8.45-9.30am or order online anytime through QuickCliq.

We wanted to provide our LPPS community with an update on uniform stock.

Our latest uniform shipment arrived at our supplier's warehouse at the end of June and was expected to be dispatched shortly after. Unfortunately, the warehouse has experienced some operational issues which have delayed the dispatch of our stock. The warehouse is currently closed, with operations due to resume on 27 July.

Based on the latest advice from our supplier, we are expecting our stock to be dispatched once the warehouse reopens, which should see it arrive at LPPS by the end of next week.

To help minimise delays once the stock arrives, we have added the stock to Flexischools, so families can place their orders now. This will allow our volunteers to begin processing orders immediately when the delivery arrives, and we'll work to get everything packed and sent home with students as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We know many families are waiting for these items, and we appreciate your support while we work through circumstances that are unfortunately outside of our control.

We'll keep everyone updated if anything changes.

Just a friendly reminder that our school Cross Country event is coming up in just TWO weeks 🎉

House shirts can be ordered online through Flexischools or purchased from the uniform shop on Thursday mornings. Please don’t leave it too late to place your order.

The Uniform Shop is open from 8.45am - 9.30am on Thursday mornings selling both new and a small selection of secondhand uniforms. The Uniform Shop is located under the Year 1 classrooms on the top site.

For your convenience, you can order new uniforms online through the Flexischools app or website. Orders can be picked up from the uniform shop on Thursday mornings, or will be delivered to your child’s classroom.

Children will not be allowed to open the packages. They are to be taken home to be checked by a parent/care giver, this is to ensure the size / colour is correct. If the size you select is incorrect please let us know, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the same item as long as all the tags are intact and item is in its original state including the original packaging. Please note, we do not issue refunds for change of mind purchases. All returns must occur within 30 days of the order. Refunds will only be issued for faulty garments where the garment cannot be replaced.

Have you tried on your house shirt to see if it fits?

Order for the new house shirts can be placed through Flexischools. Any orders placed by 8am on Monday 16/2 will be sent home on Monday.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your patience while our stock arrived. Today we have sent home your orders with the exception of the 1/4 zip jumpers which are still to arrive. They will arrive in a couple of weeks and will be sent home as soon as we have them.

Uniform Update

We are pleased to advise that the new uniform stock is currently in transit from Perth to the school and is expected to arrive on Friday.

Our aim is to have all orders packed and sent home with students on Friday afternoon. However, this will be dependent on the delivery arriving at the school with sufficient time for us to pack orders before the end of the school day.

We will provide a further update once we have confirmation of the delivery truck’s expected arrival time.

Unfortunately, the shipment of our new uniforms has still not cleared customs and, at this point, we expect it will not arrive in time for the start of school.

The P&C Executive is absolutely heartbroken. We, along with Jane Shepherd and the School Executive, have put countless hours into designing and launching the new uniform, and we are devastated that it won’t be here in time for Day 1.

To ensure students have a uniform for the start of the year, the uniform shop will provide the previous uniform style free of charge to Kindergarten 2026 students and any families new to Lilli Pilli Public School.

Existing families are asked to continue using their current uniforms where possible.

Once the new uniform stock arrives (hopefully by week 2), the uniforms provided will be exchanged for the new stock.

The uniform shop will be open at the bottom site for new families and 2026 Kindergarten to collect uniforms at the following times:

Thursday 28 January: 8:45am – 12:00pm
Friday 29 January: 12:00pm – 4:30pm

As soon as the new uniform stock is delivered, we will move quickly to get it out to the community and will provide an update immediately.

Uniform Update

We have confirmed that the new school uniform stock has arrived in Australia and, as at Friday, was sitting awaiting customs clearance. We’re hopeful that tomorrow morning’s update will confirm it has been cleared and is on its way to us 🤞

The supplier has escalated the matter and is confident the stock will arrive before school starts.

For this week, uniform shop opening times will be updated to Thursday and Friday for fittings, again at the bottom site. Once we have a confirmed delivery time, we’ll issue another update advising which day orders will be ready for collection.

We understand how frustrating this is and truly appreciate your patience. Please know we’re doing everything we can to get the stock here and into your hands as quickly as possible.

*Uniform Shop - Updated location and times*

Due to the continuing construction at the top site blocking access, the uniform shop will be operating for the next two weeks to an adjusted timetable from the Hall at the Bottom Site (see attached map).

Our supplier has advised that there has been a delay in the delivery of the new uniforms with them now due to arrive on approx. 27th January. We understand that this is very close to school returning but it is unfortunately out of our hands. As soon as the stock arrives, an update will be provided through our page confirming when orders can be picked up.

Due to the construction at the top site we are currently unable to access the uniform shop so will not be open this week. Once the school gets a progress update from the builders we will send out updated information on opening times.
