Twin Flames is book two in S. Anne’s series, following on from The Queen’s Tournament. This instalment picks up right where the chaos left off, we finally learn who was abducted, who Kadance truly is, and more about the Queen who somehow manages to leave me with even more questions than answers.

S. Anne has a gift for misdirection. Just when you think you’ve figured it out, she flips the board and you realise you were watching the wrong hand the whole time.

The worldbuilding deepens, the tension sharpens, and the emotional stakes climb higher than ever.

What I loved most were the dynamics, and Kadance Gem’s absolute denial about her situation.

No matter how hard she runs or rationalises, she ends up exactly where she’s meant to be. The push‑and‑pull between her and her fae counterpart is intoxicating; every moment hums with tension and inevitability.

The intimate scenes are beautifully written — intense, emotional, and perfectly balanced with the story’s darker undertones. I had to pause more than once just to breathe.

Listening to Sweet Hate in audio is a full sensory experience. Axel and Haven already have explosive chemistry, but hearing them takes it to another level.

The voice actors nail every emotion, the grudges, the banter, the tension, the heat, and you feel it in every breath, every pause, every line they throw at each other.

The banter becomes sharper, the hurt hits deeper, and the spicy moments? The audio makes them dangerously immersive. Axel’s controlled intensity and Haven’s chaotic fire come through perfectly, making their dynamic feel raw, messy, and real in a way the page can’t fully capture.

This audiobook had me laughing, swooning, and absolutely feral. If you love enemies‑to‑lovers with history, heat, and unhinged tension, the audio version delivers everything.

Brazen Obsession is the final book in the series, and I’m so sad it is all over.
Sara, Wyatt, Dante, Finn, and Drew’s story was a ride! This fourth book closes the series with everything I wanted: intensity, loyalty, danger, and an ending that is absolutely earned.
I loved every minute of it, and the finale sticks the landing with a perfect blend of closure and emotion.

The epilogue is beautiful. It gives us soft where the series has been sharp, hopeful where the journey has been brutal. It’s the kind of final chapter that makes you sit with the book for a moment before moving on.

If you’re craving an Omegaverse story that doesn’t just follow the rules but chews them up and spits them out, Rogue & Her Hunters delivers.

Rosemary A Johns gives us a heroine who isn’t just breaking the system , she’s literally built to defy it.

Rogue our MFC is a Switch, able to move between alpha/beta/omega designations, and honestly, that alone had me hooked.

The concept is wild, dangerous, and full of potential, and Johns leans into the tension of it.

Rogue isn’t just hunted; she’s contained, studied, feared. And you feel every ounce of that pressure on her.

She’s strong, stubborn, and beautifully complicated, but what I loved most is how her shifting nature isn’t just a plot device.

And then there's her hunters.
• Bird — soft resilience, male omega, navigating identity.
• Phantom — broody alpha, silent menace, the one who watches everything.

Run Little Thief by Scarlett Croft is a short, wickedly addictive dark romance packed with spice, danger, a masked man, and one very unholy punishment for stealing.

Riven, our fierce MFC, absolutely stole the show. She’s smart, tenacious, and refuses to bow, even when facing Reaper himself.

Their encounters crackle with tension, and I loved watching her humble him again and again. She may be the “little thief,” but she owns every moment.

Now I’m counting the days until Hide Little Thief, because I need to see how this deadly, delicious game ends.
