✨Tassie Mums is a not-for-profit volunteer led group that is passionate about providing essential items to babies and children in need. We collect donations of new and preloved baby and children’s clothing and other small items through donation ✨Donations are carefully sorted and bundled by volunteers and then “rehomed” via social service organisations to vulnerable and at-risk children statewide✨ The recipients of bundles are determined by the welfare agencies which request goods from Tassie Mums✨

APPRECIATION POST ❤️

Though it is bitter sweet that we close our doors tomorrow, it is important to reflect on how lucky we have been for the past 4 years.

Firstly we must mention our " fairy Godparents" Michael and Fiona for finding us a home at short notice 4 years ago, and always supporting us and cheering us on. And the same is to be said for the whole Tasmulch family.

Secondly, you all know I couldn't have brought this dream to life without the relentless support of my Mum. She has dedicated the past 4 years of her life to supporting both the store and my children. She has been a true champion and I will be forever grateful. Dad, thanks for never complaining and always helping out whenever needed.

I have also been blessed with a VERY supportive husband, Matthew. He has rallied behind this initiative from the very start, juggled life every Saturday with our young children ( netball games, naps, birthday parties etc)
He's been an absolute trooper and I am looking forward to spending some weekends with him and the kids moving forward 🩵

Lastly I wish to thank you as a community, both makers and customers. I have had the best job in the world! I have loved watching and assisting new makers grow and experiencing the joy your creations brought to our customers.

Thank you all for making the last 4 years AMAZING ❤️
