📝 Check-In & Registration
* Gates open: 7:15am
* All drivers, passengers, and pit crew must register and sign waivers before scrutineering.
* Registration can be done at:
* Reception (Area 1)
* ID is required for all drivers, pit crew, and passengers (digital is fine).
* Drivers must also leave a hard copy ID at reception — this will be collected before you leave. Please bring a physical copy with you.
* Long sleeves, pants and enclosed shoes are required.
🔧 Scrutineering (Area 2)
* 7:30am – 8:45am
* You have 15 minutes to unload your car in Area 3.
* After unloading → move your trailer/vehicle to Trailer Parking - refer to map
* Staff will be on site to assist and keep things moving.

📣 Track Briefing
* 8:45am sharp – Do not be late!
* If you miss the briefing → you will not be allowed on track.
🅿️ Parking & Pit Areas
* Trailer & Driver Parking - refer to map.
* ❌ Do not park in Visitor Parking (reserved for go-karting customers & spectators).
* Any cars/trailers parked here will be towed
* Parking = first come, first served (no reserved spots).
* Staff will direct parking please follow their instructions.
👨👩👧 Under 16 Policy
* No one under 16 is allowed in the Motorsport Area.
* If you bring children, they must stay in the Karting Area (refer to map ) with a responsible adult at all times.
* If this isn’t possible → please leave children at home.
💳 Wristbands & Fees
Available at Reception:
* Pit Crew / Spectators (16+) → $20 each
* Passengers (16+) → $50 each
* Helmets to hire $20
⚠️ Zones & Safety
* Green zones = Drift area
* Red zones = Restricted area no drifting
* During the morning briefing, staff will go over the day’s schedule and answer questions 🙂
💰 Spills & Damage Costs
* Clean-up bag → $50 each
* Concrete sign → $450 each
* Fire extinguisher → $100 each
* All costs must be paid before leaving the Motorsport Park
