🎸 The HILS Headless Guitars have arrived! 🎸

We've barely had time to get them on display...
..and Tulley has already claimed the green one as "his favourite." 💚😂

Now I'm not saying he needs an intervention... but if someone could come and buy the green one before he starts finding reasons why it should stay at home, i'd appreciate it. 😅

We're temporarily putting a hold on accepting new repairs for the next 2 weeks while we work through our current repair queue.

This short pause will allow us to give the instruments already in our workshop the time and attention they deserve and help us get them back to their owners as quickly as possible.

If you've been planning to book a repair, please check back with us in a couple of weeks—we'll let everyone know as soon as we're taking bookings again.

Sometimes, "maybe one day" becomes today.

🎸 Ali, who decided it was finally time to learn guitar after years of thinking about it.

🎂 Sarah, who found the birthday guitar she'd been searching for—a guitar that simply felt right in her hands. Happy Birthday, Sarah! We hope this is the beginning of many years of making music with your guitar.

❤️ A father and daughter choosing her very first guitar so they could begin learning together.

🎵 Several new harmonica players taking their very first steps into making music.

Every person who walks through our doors has a different reason for wanting to play, but they all have one thing in common...

They've decided to begin.

It is with heavy hearts that we share with our Music Specialists community the passing of Ian Mottram.

Ian was part of Music Specialists before we were and a valued member of our team. We are grateful for the time we spent getting to know Ian before his move to QLD.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends and all that knew Ian through his work and his music.

Thank you, Ian for being a part of our story. You will always be remembered.

Rest peacefully our friend.
