Tell me...what has grown in your yard without you planting it?

We have a whole jungle in our backyard thanks to the bush chooks that fly in each arvo :)

Every small change you make slowly adds up.

It absolutely doesn't need to be, and shouldn't be all at once.

But every small swap you make in your home slowly starts to change the way you think about things... if you're anything like mw, you absolutely will eventually read every label on a shelf & stop bringing a lot of things into your home!

Its a slow gradual switch in thought processes & everyday practices....I mean as a registered nurse ive always reached straight for the panadol.
As a mumma...im now allowing the body to do its natural healing and then monitoring symptoms and if temperature gets to a high fever using medicine then if needed of course.

But....when we developed runny noses last week...we went out and brought more elderberrys to make a fresh batch of syrup instead of anything else.

Its slow
It's gradual
Its not perfect
But where I can, in this season & my capacity, im slowly choosing and swapping our home into a healing space 🌻

Oils are not a replacement for any medicine & you should seek your own advice for your own personal circumstances..I am merely sharing my journey and choices here 💜

I definitely have more to say on this but not tonight.

Sending so much love to all the families who have also started in last 2 weeks 💜💜💜

Here's your reminder its still ok to say no and hold boundaries even when your little loves aren't in your care...eg supply your own low tox sunscreen to school...its your baby & your life..do what feels right for you mumma 💜
