What makes This N That Thrift Shop different?

Clothing is often washed and steamed by our volunteers. It is easier to spot any stains and tears before they go out for sale. We are looking forward to our purpose built space as there will be a washing machine!

All of these lovely linen items have been lovingly washed, soaked if needed and any repairs made by our generous volunteers. We do the best we can to avoid items hitting landfill.

Over three weeks have passed since our post trying to find who donated the red jar. We have not had any success finding them.

Many people have wondered what the mystery item is, we can now reveal that as part of the donation, the generous donor included this stunning antique 925 solid sterling silver tea pot.

We have had it appraised and are aware of its monetary value.

What makes This N That Thrift Shop different?

This beautiful wooden clock no longer worked, so instead of throwing it out, one of our volunteers replaced the mechanism. Now the ol girl keeps the time like clock work!
