A foggy start to the morning but the sun is out for the beginning of winter.
Just sending out a reminder of our Local Legends Local Authors we have in stock. After a gift that is different and unique then these books are just the thing.
Over the coming weeks we'll be re - showcasing their books that we have in store.
We're beginning with our Children's range.
First off the shelf is 'Sol Plays the World' written by Local Legend Local Author Chelsey Reis.
When Sol becomes overwhelmed by things around him he turns to the calming effect of music.
Each page introduces you to a different musical instrument from a different part of the world.
A beautifully illustrated book and a great way to introduce children to music from around the world.

Currently we are open Wednesday to Saturday 9.30am-12.30pm. Look for the bike!

A great afternoon to all,
Our Children's story time session on Tuesday with Sarah was enjoyed by those attending. Three year old Jack - Sarah's son, the star of 'Jack's Train Day' and 'Jack's Noisy Day - even made an appearance.
Our young story listener, April, also got an extra story out of Sarah to maximise the full fun of the session. Jack, April and her brother Kaelan got to enjoy Train biscuits after the story.
Sarah's books are showcasing in store now and available for purchase. So if you missed the opportunity at our Story Time you can still have the chance to buy. If your little ones love trains, noise, fun and adventure these books hit the spot!
