My Spinach and Mozzarella Gnocchi recipe is just what you need for tonights dinner. Simmer gnocchi in milk to create the creamiest sauce, flavoured with parmesan and lemon, then fold through spinach until just wilted. A blanket of mozzarella and parmesan on top, under the grill until golden and bubbling and that's dinner. One pan, pure comfort and deliciousness.
