Another successful week at the Chillingworth Training Institute (CTI) as we brought together apprentices from across Australia, including Geelong, Mildura, Rockingham, Geraldton, Newcastle, and Hamilton.
This workshop focused on developing practical skills and knowledge in hard flooring installation, with apprentices gaining hands-on experience in Hardboard installation and preparation, Engineered timber flooring, Hybrid flooring, Laminate flooring and Installation of finishing trims and detailing.
Throughout the workshop, apprentices worked through the installation process, developing their skills in planning, preparation, cutting, fitting, installation techniques and achieving a professional finished result.
A big part of what makes these workshops valuable is the opportunity for apprentices to learn in a real-world environment, guided by our own experienced CTI trainers Mark Willis and Paul Maiolo.
A great few days of hands-on learning, skill development and quality workmanship from the next generation of flooring installers. If you're considering becoming a quality flooring expert, this is where it starts. 📏
