A limited edition Father’s Day chocolate collection handcrafted by Lakker Chocolatiers in collaboration with Callington Mill.

Featuring the awardwinning Pedro Ximenez Cask Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky, crowned whisky of the year at the 2025 London Spirits Competition.

Rich notes of raisins, figs, cacao, coffee and honey meet fine Belgian chocolate to create an indulgent Father’s Day celebration gift.

A collaboration we have been working on for 14 months. Two Tasmanian makers, passionate about their craft. One indulgent collaboration.

A delicate smooth milk/dark chocolate ganache with Tasmanian Mountain Pepper Gin from Kent and Jean Moore.

Topped with a hand piped whipped blood orange and Cointreau pate de fruits.

☆Raspberry & Tasmanian Mountain Pepper☆

One of our newest additions to the range and definitely needs an intro!

Freezedried Raspberries meet a rich 65% dark chocolate with an intense long lasting cocoa flavor with fresh fruity notes.

For texture and a unique chocolatey taste. We source cocoa beans from Gordonvale, Northern Australia straight from the farm. We received their first harvest of 2026, beautifully fermented and fresh. After delicately roasting the cocoa beans, removing the husk and cracking them in nibs. We add these to our mix.

Seasoned with Tasmanian Mountain pepper, it bring great textures, and a unique complex flavours.

As the cocoa growing industry in Australia is relatively new, we were excited see great feedback from local industry experts at the .

Batch 4 of our Rocky Road has officially landed in our online store!

Fluffy vanilla marshmallows, gluten free raspberry lollies, roasted peanuts, toasted coconut, glacee cherries blended in our 38% milk chocolate.
