We are 3 weeks into 2022 and wow has it been a 3 weeks!

I don’t think anyone pictured the new year in Sydney to start like this but it has…we now have to ride it out. Be kind to one another.

Looking back on the last two years it has made me think about how fast life really does go by. I have been so busy with the day job and have really missed this project. I really do believe you have to do something in life that you have a passion for!

This is mine…working with Fair trade, supporting local businesses, sustainable products and photography!

Starting from February there will be a lot more in this space! I want to create a community where we can support each other in changing habits to create a better planet!

It was a hard weekend I think for most in lockdown. It is a new week and we can enjoy the small things whilst we get through this.

Snapped this on the way to collect food. Looking at it now I enjoy the blue sky’s, sun that was on my face, the gorgeous green palm tree and the street art on the sign.

This is from Friday, me having my daily exercise. This is currently my big treat of the week getting outside and exercising. I am no athlete or fitness guru. You could say my fitness journey has only recently started…but I am enjoying it and really lean into it during this time to keep my mind and body going.
